Inspection Oilfield Services' (IOS) Morgantown, West Virginia facility has added 3 new fully equipped mobile inspection trailers to its fleet of non-destructive testing and repair service for leading oil and gas companies with upstream operations in the Northeast.

“Mobile Inspection gives our certified technicians the ability to inspect and extend the life of our customers tubulars at their location, which helps to eliminate expensive transportation costs and reduce production delays,” comments Michael Stewart, Sales Manager, Northeast and Louisiana.

The state-of-the-art trailers are equipped with laydown ramp doors, additional tool storage, tool security and exterior LED lighting for safer and more efficient working conditions while on location servicing our customers.

IOS’s mobile inspection service crews operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing many of the services offered at the company’s fixed service locations. The new mobile equipment provides non-destructive testing and repair services for drill pipe, BHA, casing and tubing. The units are also outfitted with portable refacing equipment which can remove imperfections on shoulders to increase the life span of tool joints.
